Please arrive 30 minutes early for required new patient paperwork so your treatment time isn’t cut short. A valid form of identification (driver’s license or passport) and a copy of your insurance card (primary and secondary) is required. Once you are checked in, you will be given a guided tour of our spa facility. As part of your spa experience, we invite you to take pleasure in the amenities provided; towels, robes, and a variety of toiletries are provided including bath salts and a blow dryer. We also provide a variety of herbal teas, coffee, water and sparkling cider. Our spa suite is private, so swimsuits are not required, but please feel free to bring one if you feel more comfortable. We do suggest that you leave any valuables or jewelry at home as you may be so relaxed upon leaving you might leave something behind. Please note that at Clovis Health and Wellness, we are committed to providing you with a comfortable, professional experience that meets only the highest standards of the industry. It is our goal to create and maintain an environment in which both our guests and our employees always feel respected, valued, and safe. Our massage therapists are trained to ensure that every guest is properly and modestly draped at all times throughout his or her massage. Massage is not performed on the breasts, stomach, or inner thighs. Your massage therapist will check in with you periodically throughout the massage to ensure the desired amount of pressure is being used. They may even ask for your feedback and/or comments.
Reservations are required for all spa packages and a valid CC is required to hold your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate walk ins for a massage however reservations are recommended as we are often booked to capacity on most days. When scheduling your appointment please feel free to ask the receptionist or therapist how you should be dressed for treatment. We want to ensure that you are comfortable while receiving treatment. Please let us know if you have questions.
Upon making your reservation, you will be asked some general questions such as; your preference for a male or female therapist, light, medium or deep pressure and any problem areas that focused on. All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your liking. We encourage you to communicate any changes that you would like your therapist to make during session as this will ensure the best outcome of your massage experience.
Because we reserve an appointment time especially for you, we request a 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This courtesy allows us to schedule another patient seeking treatment. Failure to provide notice within specified time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will result in a billing of 100% of the scheduled service.
As a courtesy to our patients, please silence your cell phone at all times and close doors softly upon entering and exiting.
Give the perfect gift… Give a gift of pure pleasure. Perfect for a loved one, friend or business associate. Gift Cards can be purchased at our office. Gift certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced, or stolen certificates are not refundable, replaceable, or valid. Gift certificates are redeemable at the monetary value of the service at the time of purchase.
In order to ensure the safety of all of our guests, alcohol is not permitted in our spas. If you are planning a special event, please contact our office manager to learn more about special accommodations that can be made for your group.
At our wellness center, we endeavor to keep our spa and common areas as peaceful and relaxing as possible for all our guests. When visiting, please keep in mind that our guests are seeking a quiet environment.
We accept all major credit cards – American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover – and cash. Checks are accepted from established patients only.
Gratuities are not included in your spa treatment fees. Tipping is never expected, but always greatly appreciated by your therapists.
Make sure to inform our staff if you are pregnant immediately. It is important that we are notified of any applicable medical information when you book an appointment as certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your therapist know of any medical concerns that you may have. If you are pregnant, there are contraindicated pressure points that will be avoided during your first trimester. Special accomodations can be made for you during your pregnancy such as extra pillows, blankets, or other items for comfort.
Our trained health professionals are here solely to help improve your wellness and state of relaxation. If at any time there is any unprofessional or inappropriate behavior your session will be terminated immediately. We also provide a feedback form on our website and welcome your comments and suggestions. This will greatly help us maintain and improve the quality of our services.
